Kalaburagi, Feb. 19: Shivaji Maharaj’s Jayanti was celebrated today herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra- Kalaburagi.

Kalaburagi Jan. 23- Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Jayanti was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidyakendra – Kalaburagi.
Speaking at the program, Shri Bhimaraya Itagundi, the school’s building and transport manager, said that Netaji gave a new vision to India’s freedom struggle and gave momentum to the freedom struggle by establishing Azad Hind Fauj. He called for us not to sacrifice our lives for the country, but to live for the country.

Kalaburgi, Jan. 26: The 76th Republic Day was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi.
Sri Prahlad Naldurgakar, a retired warrant officer of the Indian Air Force, who arrived as the guest of the program after hoisting the flag, spoke and said that 76 years have passed since the implementation of the Constitution. The right direction for running the country has been provided by the Constitution. We should remember the soldiers and farmers at least once a day. He called for consciously fulfilling our civic duties along with protecting the nation.
Then Sri Krishna Joshi, who took over the presidency of the program, spoke and remembered the great men who fought for freedom. He spoke about the rights and duties written in the Constitution. He said that only if India becomes powerful, the world can be protected, otherwise the survival of the world is impossible; because only India wants world peace.
Children presented dance, art, karate, yoga and cultural programs at the program.

Kalaburagi, Jan.16: The student from Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi Ku. Anagha S Yadrami of grade 7 has won 1st prize in the District-Level Singing Competition in ‘Pratibha Karanji’ held on 16th January 2025 organised in St. Mary School, Kalaburagi.
