Kalaburagi, Feb. 19: Shivaji Maharaj’s Jayanti was celebrated today herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra- Kalaburagi. Speaking at the program, Smt. Srimantini Dhawale, a mathematics teacher at the school, said that Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj was the founder of the Hindu kingdom and was famous for his war strategy, administrative skills, and religious devotion. Mother Jijabai taught him the ideals of Rama and the skills of Krishna along with stories of adventure. And it was possible with the administration and war training of his guru Dadaji Kondadev. Shivaji Maharaj was crowned in 1674 and was given the title “Chhatrapati”. He was a great devotee of Tulja Bhavani. She told about Shivaji that he fought and defeated many Mughal kings and captured their forts. The children of Gokulam had arrived in the guise of Shivaji Maharaj and Jija Mata.
ಕಲಬುರಗಿ, ಫೆ. 19: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ದಿನ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜರ ಜಯಂತಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಗಣಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿಯಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಶ್ರೀಮಂತಿನಿ ಢವಳೆ ಅವರು ಮಾತನಾಡಿ, ಛತ್ರಪತಿ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜರು ಹಿಂದವೀ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾಗಿದ್ದು, ತಮ್ಮ ಯುದ್ಧ ತಂತ್ರ, ಆಡಳಿತ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ, ಧರ್ಮ ನಿಷ್ಠೆಗಾಗಿ ಪ್ರಸಿದ್ಧರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಮಾತೆ ಜೀಜಾಬಾಯಿಯವರು ಅವರನ್ನು ರಾಮನ ಆದರ್ಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೃಷ್ಣನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯಗಳ ಕಥೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಾಹಸದ ವಿಷಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕಲಿಸಿದರು. ಹಾಗೂ ಗುರುಗಳಾದ ದಾದಾಜಿ ಕೊಂಡದೇವ ಅವರ ಆಡಳಿತ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುದ್ಧದ ತರಬೇತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಯಿತು. 1674ರಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜರ ಪಟ್ಟಾಭಿಷೇಕವಾಯಿತು ಆಗ “ಛತ್ರಪತಿ ” ಎಂದು ಬಿರಿದನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು. ಇವರು ತುಳಜಾ ಭವಾನಿಯ ಪರಮಭಕ್ತರಾಗಿದ್ದರು. ಹಲವಾರು ಮೊಘಲ ಸಾಮ್ರಾಜ್ಯದ ರಾಜರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಯುದ್ಧ ಮಾಡಿ ಸೋಲಿಸಿ ಕೋಟೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಶಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡವರು ಎಂದು ಶಿವಾಜಿಯವರ ಕುರಿತು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು. ಗೋಕುಲಂನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಶಿವಾಜಿ ಮಹಾರಾಜರ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಿಜಾ ಮಾತೆಯ ವೇಷದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು.
