1. Parents seeking admission to Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi from classes Pre-KG to Class VII are requested to fill the enquiry form & submit from the Vijayadashami Day (Date as per the calendar). Based on the availability of seats, Parents will be intimated about the process.

2.  Please Note: For registration the child should complete 3 years for Pre-KG, 4 years for LKG, 5 years for UKG and 6 years for 1st std as on 1st June that year

3. Process for Registration :

Read the Guidelines and proceed to fill the Registration Form.
Upload Aadhaar Card (if available) and Birth Certificate.
Upload latest Passport Size Photo.
Submit the duly filled in form.

4. Documents required for filling online application :

Latest Passport Size Photo
ii. Application Fee of Rs. 500/- to be paid through Credit/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.

5. Selection Procedure :

Pre-KG & LKG :
Interaction with the Child by the Teachers.
Interaction with the parents by the Coordinator/ Principal/ Management.
UKG onwards :
Written test.
Children qualified in the written test will be called for an interaction along
With their parents :
Admission will solely depend on availability of seats and based on the Performance in the Interaction/ Written test and personal interview with both the parents and the child.
Results of the selected children will be informed to the parents over the Phone & through Mail for Payment of Fee and other procedure will be briefed.
