Students of class 7 and 8 sang a group song. Gokulam students performed a mini-drama. Students of class 6 and 8 performed a group dance.Principal Sri Vamshi Krishna shared information about Ganesha. He spoke about the birth, importance of Ganesha and the importance behind traditionally keeping a Ganesha idol at home and worshipping it. He shared information about the importance of the festival, the public celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi, especially in Maharashtra. He spoke about the past tradition of worshipping Ganesh idols at home and in public places for 1, 3, 5, 7 and 11 days.
