Kalaburagi, Aug. 26: Ganesh Chaturthi was celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi.The school Ghosh team performed a procession.Student Kiran Raj performed Ganesh Puja.
Cultural programs:
Gokulam group performed prayers. Students of class 7 and 8 sang a group song. Gokulam students performed a mini-drama. Students of class 6 and 8 performed a group dance.Principal Sri Vamshi Krishna shared information about Ganesha. He spoke about the birth, importance of Ganesha and the importance behind traditionally keeping a Ganesha idol at home and worshipping it. He shared information about the importance of the festival, the public celebration of Ganesh Chaturthi, especially in Maharashtra. He spoke about the past tradition of worshipping Ganesh idols at home and in public places for 1, 3, 5, 7 and 11 days. He opined that immersing the idol in water is a symbol of birth, death and rebirth and it is a symbol of the impermanence of life.
ಕಲಬುರಗಿ, ಆ. 26: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣೇಶ ಚತುರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಆಚರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶಾಲಾ ಘೋಷ್‌ ತಂಡವು ಮೆರವಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿತು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಕಿರಣ್‌ ರಾಜ್‌ ಗಣೇಶ ಪೂಜೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿದನು.
ಸಾಂಸ್ಕೃತಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು:
ಗೋಕುಲಂ ಸಮೂಹತಂಡವು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸಿತು. 7 ಮತ್ತು 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಮೂಹ ಗೀತೆ ಹಾಡಿದರು. ಗೋಕುಲಂ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕಿರುನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. 6 ಮತ್ತು 8ನೇ ತರಗತಿಯ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಮೂಹ ನೃತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಪ್ರಧಾನಾಚಾರ್ಯರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಂಶಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣ ಅವರು ಗಣೇಶನ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಗಣೇಶನ ಹುಟ್ಟು, ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯಿಕವಾಗಿ ಗಣೇಶನ ಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟು ಪೂಜಿಸುವುದರ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವದ ಕುರಿತು ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು. ಹಬ್ಬದ ಮಹತ್ತ್ವ, ಗಣೇಶೋತ್ಸವವನ್ನು ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕವಾಗಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲೂ ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಸುವುದು ಇವೆಲ್ಲ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಮನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ 1,3,5,7 ಮತ್ತು11 ದಿನಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಗಣೇಶನ ಮೂರ್ತಿ ಇಟ್ಟು ಪೂಜೆ ಮಾಡುವುದರ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಸಂಪ್ರದಾಯದ ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಮೂರ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಳುಗಿಸುವುದು ಹುಟ್ಟು, ಸಾವು ಹಾಗೂ ಪುನರ್ಜನ್ಮದ ಸಂಕೇತ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದು ಬದುಕಿನ ನಶ್ವರತೆಯ ಸಂಕೇತ ಎಂದು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.
