RVK – Kalaburagi Observes Yugadi festival and Dr Hedgewar’s Jayanti

Kalaburagi, Mar. 18: Yugadi festival and Dr Hedgewar’s birthday were celebrated at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi. The program was attended by fellow Sangh leaders and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Kalburgi Division, Sri Girish Hebbar. The Chief Guest spoke and wished everyone that the beginning of the month of Vasantha in nature reflects a new spirit.

A huge success to RVK-Kalaburagi in the 2nd Kalyana Karnataka Karate Championship

Kalaburagi, Feb. 21: The 2nd Kalyana Karnataka Karate Championship was held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi. The championship was organized by the Karnataka Sports Karate Association. A total of 47 students of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra School actively participated in the competition and won several medals.

A field trip to Om Shanti and Lakshmi Narayan Temple by RVK-Kalaburagi Students

Kalaburagi, Feb. 24: A field trip was organized for the Gokulam students of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra –Kalaburagi to Om Shanti and Lakshmi Narayan Temple. 10 teachers accompanied 112 students from Gokulam. 12 Jyotirlingas were visited in Om Shanti temple.

Guruji’s birthday and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s birth anniversary Celebration at RVK – Kalaburagi

Kalaburagi, Feb. 19: Guruji’s birthday and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s birth anniversary were celebrated at Rashtroththan Vidyakendra – Kalaburagi. Students spoke about the significance of the day and gave informative speeches about Madhav Sadashivrao Golwalkar and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.

Mahashivratri and Sarojini Naidu Jayanti Celebrated at RVK – Kalaburagi

Kalaburagi, Feb. 13: Mahashivratri and the Jayanti of the singing cuckoo Sarojini Naidu were celebrated herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Sharana Shirasagi. Speaking at the program, the school principal, Sri Vamshikrishna, started with “Om Namah Shivaya” and informed that according to the Puranas, Shiva appeared in the form of a lingam, and during the churning of the ocean, Shiva drank poison and got the name Neelkantha.
