Kalaburagi, Dec. 21: Teacher Re-Invigoration Workshop was conducted at Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi. The Academic Coordinator shared an overview of the programme design, objective and expected outcomes. A brief pre-test was conducted to assess basic education and subject competencies.
First Session:
• Panchamukhi Education A Framework for Holistic Learning
Shri Vinayak Bhat introduced the Panchamukhi approach, emphasizing the integration of physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual and social dimensions in education.
• Effective Lesson Planning
Smt. Ashrita and Smt. Ranjana conducted a session on designing structured, learner-centred lesson plans in line with CBSE learning outcomes.
Second Session:
• Microteaching for Digital Classrooms
Smt. Ashrita and Smt. Ranjana demonstrated digital tools and techniques for microteaching including interactive platforms, assessment apps and content creation techniques.
Closing Session:
This reflective session encouraged participants to share insights, clarify doubts, and consolidate learning.

ಕಲಬುರಗಿ, ಡಿ. 21: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ಪುನಶ್ಚೇತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಂಯೋಜಕರು ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ, ಉದ್ದೇಶ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿತ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳ ಅವಲೋಕನವನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಂಡರು. ಮೂಲ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯ ಸಾಮರ್ಥ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಣಯಿಸಲು ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು.

• ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಮಗ್ರ ಕಲಿಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ಚೌಕಟ್ಟು
ಶ್ರೀ ವಿನಾಯಕ್ ಭಟ್ ಅವರು ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಿ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣದಲ್ಲಿ ದೈಹಿಕ, ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ, ಬೌದ್ಧಿಕ, ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಆಯಾಮಗಳ ಏಕೀಕರಣವನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ ಹೇಳಿದರು.
• ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆ
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಆಶ್ರಿತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರಂಜನಾ ಅವರು CBSE ಕಲಿಕೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ರಚನಾತ್ಮಕ, ಕಲಿಯುವವರ ಕೇಂದ್ರಿತ ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಕುರಿತು ಅಧಿವೇಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿದರು.

• ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ತರಗತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಬೋಧನೆ
ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ಆಶ್ರಿತಾ ಮತ್ತು ಶ್ರೀಮತಿ ರಂಜನಾ ಅವರು ಸಂವಾದಾತ್ಮಕ ವೇದಿಕೆಗಳು, ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ವಿಷಯ ರಚನೆ ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಬೋಧನೆಗಾಗಿ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಪರಿಕರಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ತಂತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು.
ಮುಕ್ತಾಯ ಅವಧಿ:
ಈ ಚಿಂತನಶೀಲ ಅಧಿವೇಶನವು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸುವವರು ಒಳನೋಟಗಳನ್ನು ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು, ಅನುಮಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟಪಡಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಕಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಕ್ರೋಢೀಕರಿಸಲು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಿತು.

• ಮೌಲ್ಯ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ:
ಪಂಚಮುಖಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣವು ವಿಷಯಗಳಾದ್ಯಂತ ಮೌಲ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಎಂಬೆಡ್ ಮಾಡುವ ಪ್ರಾಮುಖ್ಯತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಲಪಡಿಸಿತು.

ಪಾಠ ಯೋಜನೆ ಮತ್ತು ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ವಿತರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಥೆ ಹೇಳುವಿಕೆ, ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ದೃಶ್ಯ ಸಾಧನಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಲು ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
• ಜೀವನ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮ:
ಚರ್ಚೆಗಳು ತರಗತಿಯ ಅಭ್ಯಾಸಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಭಾವನಾತ್ಮಕ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಂತಿಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ಥಿತಿಸ್ಥಾಪಕತ್ವವನ್ನು ಪೋಷಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಿತು.
• ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆ:
ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ-ಬೋಧನಾ ಮಾಡ್ಯೂಲ್ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರಿಗೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಸೃಜನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯುತವಾಗಿ ಬಳಸಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡಿತಲ್ಲದೆ ಸಹ-ವಿದ್ಯಾ ನಿರತತೆಯನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿತು.
