Kalaburagi, Feb. 21: The 2nd Kalyana Karnataka Karate Championship was held herein Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra – Kalaburagi. The championship was organized by the Karnataka Sports Karate Association. A total of 47 students of Rashtrotthana Vidya Kendra School actively participated in the competition and won several medals. Many talented young karate players from various schools and districts participated in the event. The students displayed excellent skills, discipline and confidence in various karate competitions. Hanshi C. S. Arun Machayya and Kalyana Karnataka President Shri Shihan Dasharath S. Dummansur were the chief guests for the event. The winners were felicitated with 18 gold medals, 16 silver medals and 10 bronze medals. Sri Bhagyashree Barma, a karate teacher from Rashtroththana Vidya Kendra School, guided and trained the students.
ಕಲಬುರಗಿ, ಫೆ. 21: ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ – ಕಲಬುರಗಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 2ನೇ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕರಾಟೆ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ಶಿಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಕರಾಟೆ ಸಂಘವು ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ಶಿಪ್ ಅನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿತ್ತು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಒಟ್ಟು 47 ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಹಲವಾರು ಪದಕಗಳನ್ನು ಗೆದ್ದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಶಾಲೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಅನೇಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾನ್ವಿತ ಯುವ ಕರಾಟೆ ಆಟಗಾರರು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ವಿವಿಧ ಕರಾಟೆ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಕೌಶಲ್ಯ, ಶಿಸ್ತು ಮತ್ತು ಆತ್ಮವಿಶ್ವಾಸವನ್ನು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಿದರು. ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅತಿಥಿಗಳಾಗಿ ಹನ್ಶಿ ಸಿ. ಎಸ್. ಅರುಣ್ ಮಚಯ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಶ್ರೀ ಶಿಹಾನ್ ದಶರಥ್ ಎಸ್. ದುಮ್ಮನ್ಸೂರ್ ಅವರು ಆಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ವಿಜೇತರಿಗೆ 18 ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪದಕಗಳು, 16 ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕಗಳು ಮತ್ತು 10 ಕಂಚಿನ ಪದಕಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿ ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೋತ್ಥಾನ ವಿದ್ಯಾಕೇಂದ್ರ ಶಾಲೆಯ ಕರಾಟೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕಿ ಶ್ರೀ ಭಾಗ್ಯಶ್ರೀ ಬರ್ಮಾ ಅವರು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮತ್ತು ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
